Websites and online booking for salons, barbershops and studios
A website as beautiful as your work.
It’s the first thing a new client sees. We design it, build it, and run it, booking and all, on a domain that’s yours.

The site
Yours. Not a template with your name on it.
We design your site around your space, your work and your prices, on your own domain. It looks like you, loads in a blink, and is built for the way clients actually find you: on a phone, from Google, usually the night before they want to come in.
- Custom design, not a theme shared with a hundred other salons.
- Your services and prices, laid out so people book instead of calling to ask.
- Built for Google, so “balayage near me” finds you.
- Your photos, and we’ll tell you which ones to take.
Dream Book, built in
Booking and client records, on your site, at no extra charge.
Dream Book is our booking system and client book. It runs inside your website, so clients book you without leaving your page, and it’s included for your whole team. No per-stylist app fees. No marketplace taking a cut of your new clients.
See everything Dream Book doesOnline booking, 24/7
From your site and from your Google listing. Service first or stylist first, whichever fits your shop.
Deposits and no-show protection
A card on file for new clients and long services. Late cancellations are your call, not a loss.
Reminders that get answered
Text and email at 24 hours and the morning of, with one tap to confirm or reschedule.
Reviews on Google, not in an app
After every visit, every client is asked for a Google review, where the next client is looking. Not a review inside a booking app that keeps it for itself.
A client book that remembers
Formulas, notes, photos, allergies and preferences, on every stylist’s phone.
Clients who come back
A nudge when each client is due, at their own rhythm, with a link to their stylist’s openings.

We run it
You run the shop. We run the website.
Hosting, security, backups and updates are ours to worry about. Change your hours, add a service, swap a photo: tell us or do it yourself in a minute. Once a month you get a short report of what happened and what we did.
- Unlimited small changes, usually done the same day.
- One design refresh a year, so the site never looks its age.
- A real person replies within one business day.
- A monthly Studio Report: bookings, new clients, reviews gained, no-shows prevented.
Switching
The move is our job. Your calendar never skips a day.
You keep booking on your current app right up to switch day. We do the rest.

One flat rate. No cut of your clients.
For comparison, a five-stylist salon on Booksy pays about $110 a month: $29.99 for the first staff member and $20 for each one after. Turn on Boost to be found in their marketplace and Booksy keeps 30% of every new client’s first visit, at least $10 and up to $100 a time.
We charge a flat rate and never take a share of a booking. Your new clients are yours.

Straight answers.
Do I own my site and my domain?
The domain is yours, registered in your name. So are your photos, your text, your client list, your appointments and your reviews. All of it is downloadable any time. The design and the code stay ours, the same way a photographer keeps the negatives.
What happens if I leave?
After the first year you can leave with thirty days’ notice. You take your domain, your photos and text, your clients, your appointment history and your reviews with you. We never hold your business hostage to keep a subscription.
Some of my stylists rent their chairs and book on their own apps. Is that a problem?
No. Renters who want to keep their own booking app are linked from your site, so clients still find them through you. Renters who’d rather be on Dream Book get their own booking-only account for $29 a month, and they own their client list.
We’re a barbershop, not a salon. Is this for us?
Yes. Barbershops, nail studios, lash and brow artists, estheticians and solo stylists in a suite are all in. The booking system handles walk-in-heavy shops as easily as appointment-only salons.
What about the clients and appointments I already have in Booksy?
We move them. Your client list and your upcoming appointments come across before switch day, so nothing is lost and nobody has to rebook. You keep taking bookings on your current app right up until the day we flip the switch, and the first month overlaps for free.
Where do my reviews go?
To Google. We ask every client for a Google review after every visit. Those reviews land on your Google listing, where people actually search, and they belong to you.
The booking apps work the other way round. Booksy asks your client for a Booksy review thirty minutes after the appointment and again a day later, and its own guide tells you to ask for Google reviews yourself. Vagaro wants the reviews on its own listing page too, and even lets you pay clients loyalty points to leave them there. Reviews left inside an app build up on that app and stay there.
From Booksy’s and Vagaro’s own published pages, September 2026.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live within three weeks of the demo. We pick a switch day on your slowest day of the week, and we’re on a thirty-minute call with you that morning.
Next step
See it with your name on it.
A thirty-minute demo on a video call. We’ll walk through a site and Dream Book, answer everything, and tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
